When I first heard the story, I thought no way will he make it. People will just drive by, and the ones that stop will vandalize him. Good on Canadians for being so nice.

I'm surprised it took so long. I would have thought at this time of the year people would be looking for it just to say they did.

My son would have taken it apart and scattered the components around the living room.

I hope that he gives up that habit before he starts picking up real hitchhikers.
