Manchester council bosses are investigating and the RSPCA is being contacted following the discovery of a black bin bag containing severed cats' heads, near the city's Curry Mile.

    As long as it's just cats...

    A schoolgirl was murdered by a fast food shop owner who joked that she had been "chopped up" and put into kebabs, a court was told yesterday.
