Bronx Bombers fan Andrew Rector claims he was defamed by announcers during an April 13 game. So he would like $10 million for his "emotional distress."

    The case will either be dismissed or the judge will let it go so far before ruling in favor of ESPN and awarding them attorney's fees.

    I think there should be a bill/law passed that there will be a $10,000 stupidity tax that must be paid upfront for stupidity law suits.

    Might slow down these quick cash grabbing morons and their equally moronic lawyers. I'm sure our courts have far more important cases they could be hearing (by important, I mean legitimate)
