The National Security Agency programs that collect huge volumes of Internet data within the U.S. are constitutional and employ 'reasonable' safeguards designed to protect the rights of Americans, an independent privacy and civil liberties board has found.

    What can you expect from an asshole who bullies Canadian banks in Canada into ignoring the CCoRF just so he can squeeze a few bucks out of people who have even the most tenuous familial connection to the US.

    Apparently, one's rights are based entirely on what the "Great Orator" says they are, regardless of what country you live in.

    'Waterboarding' is legal. Guantanamo is legal.

    And both are pretty much immoral and unwanted too. No one ever accused a government of being 'too moral' or 'ethically driven'. ;)
