There should be a special place in the 9th circle of Hell for this little darling.

Ever heard of Brett Kimberlin, and his merry band of maniacs?

Shows you this swatting practice is not just a juvenile prank.

This is not just some teenager phoning you up and asking if your refrigerator is running.

I do hope he gets a worthy prison sentence and not just a slap on the wrist.

No. Not relevant either. It's not the first case of 'swatting' I've heard of.

Calling people you disagree with 'maniac' is juvenile, and this is a very juvenile prank. The consequences, however, are anything but kids stuff.

Is calling people who behave in an insane and dangerous manner "maniac" juvenile? Kimberlin is not just a Swatter. He was a mad bomber, and a domestic terrorist, so yeah, I disagree with him...strongly. He is what is correctly referred to as a maniac. His followers are also maniacs. And Swatting is among their arsenal. So it is relevant if my point is Swatting is more than a childish prank. Kimberlin and his band of "maniacs" are a reference, a source of support for the argument.
