A dog that went missing in Edmonton on Sunday is expected to survive despite being found 24 hours later on the North Saskatchewan River with its tail frozen to the ice.

    I'm impressed that the firefighters kept up the same zeal in the rescue after finding it out it wasn't a person, but a dog. But knowing firefighters, it's not a surprise. :) B=O
