If the deal on The Brick website seemed too good to be true, that's because it was.

From the title I was going to say "dick move" considering Delta honoured the online rate mix up of their flights just last week However this appears a bit different since the advertised price was right but essentually rung up wrong at the cyber cashier stage.

Interesting though how and IF they can do much more than ask people to pay the right amount. Legally I wonder if they have a leg to stand on in demanding payment. If someone already has the kitchen table and just does not answer Brick phone calls or letters I'm not sure the brick can sue them can they? Or go to a credit agency. Is their a legal debt since they paid what the company told them to pay?

Different sotry if the customer does not have the product yet as the company can hold it back pending payment. I suppose the customer could sure but how much will you spend in time and money on a lawsuit to save a few hundred bucks?
