The Canadian military felt snubbed by the RCMP and CSIS after the civilian security agencies began investigating navy spy Jeffrey Paul Delisle without telling them, according to secret documents obtained by CBC News.
Well, pretty obviously, the RCMP and CSIS didn't trust the Defence security people that they were investigating and it's no wonder why. If the organization has a hole like that in it, it is no mystery why nothing was said to them.
