In Canada, a list of succession adopted by Cabinet on Oct. 17 shows Senator Marjory LeBreton would be in charge if Harper were somehow incapacitated.

    Wouldn't they just have a temp leader the way Bob Rae is for the Libs, until they can hold a convention?

    Maybe there's something to be said for the British system. The governing party MP's would just elect a new leader.

    That would be the NDP (Newly Dead Perambulating). The Cons are Cylons.
