In a surprise move on the first day of his preliminary hearing Mr. Delisle entered the guilty plea to one count of breach of trust and two counts of communicating to a foreign entity
Canadian Forces Sub-Lt. He was paid about $3,000 a month for the information.
The reason he got caught is because after the Russians threatened his daughter he agreed to keep working for them. He travelled to Brazil for 3 days and came back with 10k in cash and 40k on debit cards. Customs questioned him, and while they didn't detain him, they did notify DND which started investigating.

You keep saying that like it makes any difference to us.
No one threatened anyone to make him walk into the Russia Embassy and say 'I took an oath to protect my country, I was given a very high security clearance, now my loyalty is for sale'.

I'm thinking it won't be that much.
I'm guessing a life sentence of about 10 years and given time served about 3 years behind bars but, since it's still on the books my choice would be giving him a date with a firing squad.
And to think. All this damage done by a fucking Subbie who wanted some spending money, since all the Ivan's gave him was 3 grand a month.
He can own up to anything he wants, he's still a greedy, cowardly, little shit who shouldn't be allowed to see the outside of his prison cell for the rest of his pathetic little life.

Pity that keel hauling has gone out of style. Who really knows how much damage this treasonous prick has done.
At least the POS has the balls to man up and accept what he did.
Agreed.
What a loser.
This would be good time to use 'plonker'.
