Easily replaced by the next in line.

To bring a cartel to it's knees, massive top leadership assasinations are needed. Difficult - not impossible.

    Update:
A state prosecutor says the body of one of Mexico's most feared drug lords was stolen from a funeral home by a group of armed men.

The fact that a drugs lords body was stolen from a funeral home is not important what is important is that is that he was in a funeral home as a customer.

This is like when a member of Al-Quada gets killed, it can really can really goes well with your morning coffee even though you know he will be replaced quickly.
