Apparently it happens so often they needed a law to specifically address it. 8O

The students of the spring riots in Montreal who threw smoke bombs in the Metro are accused of that.

I must say that this makes me a fan of Arizona. You got to love a place where someone walking around with a grenade launcher doesn't really alarm the police. In New York City the kid and his uncle would've been shot at least 135 times, there'd be six dead bystanders shot by the police, and at least two police officers would be injured from blue-on-blue fire.

"Turley was charged with creating a false impression of a terrorist act, endangerment, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and misconduct involving simulated explosives."

Misconduct involving simulated explosives... I'm impressed they have a law for that.

Once again it seems to happen often enough that they needed a law to address it. Wonder what else they have on the books that would make my head spin?
