The advances in HIV-AIDS treatment in the last decade have been nothing short of amazing, transforming the virus from what was once a death sentence to what is now a manageable disease.
Christ, I tell people I get fucking cold sores just out of good concience and coureousy. Should be a legal obligation to inform anyone about any form of STD you have. And depending on the STD, if there is risk you may have been in contact with it before but didn't neccisarily test positive for it yourself.
If people had any common decency and concern for their partners this shouldn't have been an issue but, since there are alot of people who don't, I guess we need the government tell them they have to.
Not that it'll do much good anyway since the only way you'll likely ever find out your partner was infected is when the doctor tell you that unless your related to Magic Johnson, you're pretty much boned.
Antiretroviral medications keep levels of the virus in carriers so low, they are often almost undetectable, greatly reducing the risk of ever passing the virus on to sexual partners.
Greatly reducing? Are you fracking kidding me?
Those HIV+ should be obligated to inform sexual partners of their status unless the risk is completely eliminated.
Not just HIV but any STD. Or cooties.
Yep, and Ebola too!
Not just HIV but any STD. Or cooties.
Especially cooties. I'm amazed they haven't quarantined everyone infected with that disease yet.
I wish somebody would tell me what cooties means. And diddy wah diddy.
These things on your gear is apparently cooties!

Society has stooped so low that this has to even be a question? OMG
That's political correctness for you.
