A Red Deer area man says a string of bad luck on a camping trip last month led to bullet holes in his trailer and an unlikely lightning strike.

?Trailer was all shot up. About a dozen holes through it, windows all smashed out, beer bottles smashed everyplace. All four tires were shot out on the trailer.?

Looks like he got 'punked by a bunch of good 'ol boys.

    Rednecks.

By the way, your propane tank is still burnin'.

    I bet not !!!

This crap goes on every weekend someplace, by urban types that think that civilization ends when they drive past a sign that states they are now leaving the Corporate City Limits of_________, fill in the blank.

Don't know about that. I've run into enough rural types with the thousand-yard stare that'd rather kill someone than look at them. Take the Didsbury-to-Caroline area as an example (Visit beautiful Sundre, the wife-beating capital of Alberta, today!). There's a valid reason they call that particular part of the province Aryan Alley. It's more than easy to see these kinds of misanthropes being more than ready to take a few shots at anyone, even at the tourist/camper folks who prop up the rural economies, who dares to step on "their" turf.

You just don't like them because the brown shirt and armband you sport for shit and giggles stops being unique.

A fashion classic never goes out of style. But the old days were better than the now. The previous incarnation of the SA was sophisticated enough not to listen to country music all day long. Not so with their modern rural counterparts.

Ok, I'll agree on Caroline. 8O

I'd almost bet the farm tho, that this shoot up was nothing more than drunken vandalism, them damn hooligans from the city.

Usually divorcing your cousin leaves the trailer looking like that.
