Michael Phelps becomes the most decorated Olympian of all time, capturing the 19th medal of his career to surpass Soviet gymnast Larisa Latynina in the overall medal count.

    If he wins 7 gold, he gets a Million dollar bonus from his sponsor, I believe it was Speedo.

    That's a Million he'll never see, he can only compete in 7 events and failed to medal in the Men's 400m Individual Medley and took Silver in the Men's 200m Butterfly and Men's 4 x 100m Freestyle Relay, the only Gold so far is in the Men's 4 x 200m Freestyle Relay.

    Yep your right, SOL on the Million, he may be the most decorated but he'll never win medals in both summer and winter Olympics like Ms. Clara Hughes.
