Canadians are used to hearing their country ranks among the world's best places to live, but new research suggests that quality of life can depend a lot on where you live.

interesting to compare NWT, with the highest per capita GDP in Canada with Nunavut. Apparently they are both rich in natural resources, but one territory does something with them, the other not so much.
