The Pittsburgh Penguins avoided Stanley Cup playoff elimination for a second consecutive game on Friday night, overcoming a one-goal deficit with a pair of second-period goals for a 3-2 win over Philadelphia.

I wouldn't exactly call the win a soar......but that semantics and it was a much needed win. Fleury was outstanding in spite of Malkin doing his best to aid the opposition. Now on to Game 6 and a tie for the serires!
