I think they are trying the North Korea diplomacy routine.

An Iranian strike on Turkey provides the opportunity to invoke Article 5.

    Goodbye Iran.

Wouldn't it be ironic if Israel wipes them off the map.

The Iranians are what we call in England, "All fur coat and no knickers."

Or as you chaps would say, full of shit.

It certainly gives the US, Israel and NATO a good excuse to launch a 'pre-emptive' strike on them though.

I am still waiting for actual credible evidence that Iran has a nuclear project. All I have ever heard on this subject is the USA shouting to everyone that Iran has nukes and never showing any real proof. A look at their history shows Iran is the kind of nation you want to be on good terms with and not do everything in your power to fuck up.

Maybe somebody should teach politicians some elementary schoolyard logic about making friends.

The UN started this shit because the US started making accusations left right and center. Considering how fucked up the UN is their opinion means jack fuck all, their Human Rights council somehow allows the abusers of said rights to join. The UN is quite possible the single greatest prank ever played on the world.

I'm still waiting for proof, North Korea managed to build and test some already and they are far more isolated than Iran and far less advanced. It is hard to believe Iran is losing the tech race to North Korea (A nation whose military has almost no weapons under 20 years old).

Maybe we should start saying Zimbabwe is building a nuke too, maybe the UN will believe it.

ya you gotta wonder about a guy who starts talking about Iran like this...

So, Jeff, what would it take to convince you ?

Mushroom cloud over Tel Aviv ?

Or would you then start to deny that such a rocket came from Tehran ?

I agree Martin. I don't think there is any doubt in the UN that the Iranians are building nukes. This has been in the news for a few years now.

It's about as shocking as the fact that Pakistan are secretly helping the Taliban and really are our enemy, not the ally they pretend to be.

Iranian nukes and Pakistani double-dealing. Who would have thought?

    Obviously not the NDP... ROTFL

But I wonder if Jeffs' statements aren't just another anti-USA blah blah blah
