A full-blown court hearing started Thursday on whether a blind Rockaway Township man who shot himself in the shin can continue to own handguns or should forfeit ownership and the ability to purchase firearms.
This is an out right attack on this man's Second Ammendment Rights. If some judge can restrict this man's God Given Right to defend himself whats next. Do they restrict a person from owning a car if he is blind? How about shoes if he can't walk? What's next .....people THINK before you defend such action by one judge!
