CTV Toronto - A man who turned himself in to Toronto police on Monday in connection to the thefts of two poppy donation boxes has been charged with a third offence.

    They should add a fourth charge to this piece of shit, 5,000 volts of electricity with the leads attached to his testicles. :twisted:

    Nah...just regualr jumper cables hooked up to a car battery would do the job. The 5 000 volts might kill him....... the first time.
