Good call. Every time I was in Edmonton, I was aghast at the inability of many to park in a parking lot!

Sometimes when I'm feeling down I stop and watch the Chinese trying to park.

People would most likely park better if the stalls hadn't become so goddamn small. Even for a regular sized car they now seem tiny. Like it'd kill these stupid shopping centres and other places to give an extra foot per side.

I don't even think there is a foot on each side of my car left to the white line, when I park exactly in the middle.
Also, I have NEVER seen a parking lot completely full here.

Do you even have parking lots?

Even with hitching posts, you still need about a couple of feet each side to get off your horse.

Well, yeah... The one at the grocery-store/town hall/gas-station/memorial hall/skating rink/ball field...

Why would you get off your horse?

Where I live, you're not allowed to bring them into the grocery or liquor store. :D

    That's only because you have ride-throughs... 8)

Agreed and even if you find a stall that's regular size the nitwits who design these things have narrowed the traffic lanes between them so you can't make a turn out of them anyway despite the fact you're in a SmartFor2

Driving a pickup and parking is a pain in the ass. I usually end up parking in the nether regions just so I can get in and out of it.

And yes I do use it as a pickup, it's currently filled with all the old carpeting out of the bedrooms cause I'm laying hardwood.

Yeah, we're not that advanced yet...
