A spokesman for Moammar Gadhafi says the deposed Libyan leader is willing to take part in a transfer of power � a sharp contrast to earlier promises that he would fight until victory or death.

    Right....now that his regime is crumbling aroud him and he's been forced into hiding he's suddenly ready to talk about a transfer of power....pathetic, as usual!

    Rumour has it his buddy Mugabe picked him up and brought him to Zimbabwe.

    He ain't gonna wave the white flag. Someone else can do that for him. Coward.

    Gadhafi would be wise to stay out of Libya and take up 'protected' residence with a friendly regime. That way he can have access to all the money he has deposited in Swiss accounts and live comfortably for the rest of his life. He may not have the priviledge of dying of old age, but he will live longer outside the country than in it.
