MOSCOW � North Korean leader Kim Jong Il's armoured train arrived Tuesday in an eastern Siberian city for a summit with Russian President Dmitry Medvedev.

    That would be more direct, but as they are in the Russian Federation a degree of subtly would be appreciated by PM Putin.
