Hollow point bullets and lighter bullets are less accurate and have shorter ranges than solid point and heavier bullets and hunters don't use them because they're typically handgun ammunition and not rifle ammunition.
As I admit islamist immigration and socialism are dangerous, I don't really understand how he thinks killing dozens of kids will 'enlighten' the public to those dangers.

You might know them as environmentalists, enviro-communists, eco-Marxists, neo-Communists or eco-fanatics. They all claim they want to save the world from global warming but their true agenda is to contribute to create a world government lead by the UN or in other ways increase the transfer of resources (redistribute resources) from the developed Western world to the third world. They hope to accomplish this through the distribution of misinformation (propaganda) which they hope will lead to increased taxation of already excessively taxed Europeans and US citizens.

Unfortunately, the media isn't what it used to be. Integrity and balance in reporting has largely been abandoned as journalistic principles. Basic research and fact checking also appear to have falling away... sad.

I guess I forgot my sarcasm emoticon. I was kind of flabbergasted that anyone would consider it important to write a story on this guy's views on climate change considering that he just slaughtered a bunch of kids.

There was a complete story about this in yesterday's news, unfortunately everyone seems to have lost or changed their tune and this was all I could find.
Norway shooter used exploding bullets, doctor says
The chief surgeon treating many of the shooting victims said it is his belief that the shooter used bullets that explode inside victims and cause massive internal injuries.
Dr. Colin Poole of Ringriket Hospital in Honefoss, northwest of Oslo, said surgeons who have treated a total of 16 victims have failed to recover bullets.
"These bullets more or less exploded inside the body," Poole told The Associated Press. "It's caused us all kinds of extra problems in dealing with the wounds they cause, with very strange trajectories."
The bullets are lighter and can be fired over longer distances with better accuracy, according to ballistics experts quoted by AP. Hunters of smaller animals, as well as air marshals, most commonly use the bullets.
