A former Manitoba RCMP officer will spend nearly the next two years in jail for sexually exploiting and forcibly confining a young girl on a reserve community.

Black eye for the RCMP.

He should be spending a hell of alot more time in jail not only for the sex crimes but also for disgracing his uniform.

Actually given that they investigated right away and there was no apparent attempt at a cover up I'd say a plus for the RCMP, a black mark for the justice system for only givin this creep 2 years

Believe it or not, the cops in Canada don't like having criminals in their ranks. When we find them we lock them up, contrary to the Toronto Star, CTV and the CBC's sermons.
