In Hollywood you can get pretty much anything you want, especially if you're an actor. Hell, they've got dog walkers, personal assistants, even gofors, so, maybe Randy heard the term StarWhackers and in his drug addled state thought it meant something totally different.

Either way now he can move in next door to Michael Moriarty and they can tell each other how lucky they were to escape being killed by the starwhackers since they're both such big time hollywood royalty.

She's still a felon in the US who's evading her warrant so, hopefully the California Attorney General will start extradition proceedings against her and Randy soon and we can be shut of these two leeches on society.

That doesn't really matter for immigration... You can have spent 5 years in prison and still get a visa.
