Five potential Earth-sized planets that may support liquid water � and so possibly life � have been found by NASA's Kepler mission.

    Damn...the wifes misplaced my rocket fuel.

    All new planets should have a large enough sign that can be seen from space.........

    ABSOLUTELY NO

    Gods
    Politicians
    Lawyers
    Fast Food Joints
    Whiners etc...
    Anyone trying to form a government will be sent to the planet Purgatory

    That reminds me, if light slows down as it passes through an object, then is it not at least theoretically possible to the speed of light?

    Not necessarily, as you approach the speed of light, time slows down. If we were to travel as close to the speed of light as we could for 100 years, something like a week would pass.
