Victoria, B.C., police say a man called 911 Monday night asking the operator if he could buy some weed.

    This is after all beautiful BC where we all know running out of good BC bud can be called an extreme emergency. As we all know, drugs will get you through times of no money better than money will get you through times of no drugs!!
