A California judge issued a bench warrant for Evi Quaid on Tuesday after she and husband Randy Quaid, who are in Canada, missed a mandatory arraignment for their felony vandalism case.

The couple fled to Vancouver to seek refugee status, claiming a group they call the "Hollywood star whackers" are plotting to kill them. The actor and his wife believe the same group is behind the deaths of actors Heath Ledger and David Carradine.

You think if we give them refugee status, they will take holidays back to the states?
