I don't care for how the Israelis carried this out, but I don't cry for Hamas' killers.

This was not 'vigilante justice'. It smells like a bad Mossad operation just for the fact that we know about it. Shin Bet would've been more low-profile about it.

Why the hell would we arrest him? We have no treaties with the UAE for extradition

I'd like to shake his hand. This guy is on par with the heroes that eliminated the terrorist scum after the Munich massacre. Send him back to Israel, but fly him first class

    Funny how things work out...

Kick us out of a military base... No support for a UN seat and now we have something that they really want....

I doubt they'd learn anything from that...but it's still tempting!

I wonder if this is Israel issuing its assassins Canadian passports again. It's like having a friend who gives your ID to the cops when he gets busted.

Yes but interpol does not have the rights to transfer prisoners or make arrest, unless asked by the host country to do so. Interpol is basically a way for police forces around the world to share information and specialists. So unless we have an extradition treaty with the UAE we cannot legally send someone of another nationality to the UAE to face trial.

UAE will invariably execute an Israeli for a 'murder' on their soil (sand?) so I don't think Canada will be extraditing this perp anyway.
