CAIRO ï¿½ In a second audio recording in 24 hours, al Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden said governments of Muslim nations have not done enough to help Pakistanis hit by floods that killed hundreds and displaced millions.

He sounds funny when he makes sense.

Though I'm hesitant to try to buy Pakistan's love.
