Police say two witnesses have come forward in the case of an alleged teen gang rape at a B.C. rave, but no charges have been laid because of a lack of hard evidence.

So the gang rape might not be a gang rape and just happens to be a regular old rape?

Next we're going to hear it was the Police that started calling it a rape and then a gang rape.

Then when the girl finally looks at the pictures it'll be all "Hey, that's my boyfriend, I remember that. I wasn't raped at all. Why did I let those rape counselors convince me of a falsehood? Months of my life have been destroyed for no good reason?"

    Hopefully... Maybe.

    I fucking doubt it.

If it was me I'd bring in the little prick that posted the pictures and beat him till he gave me the names of the people involved and then, just for fun, I'd strip him and post his sorry ass pictures all over facebook to see how he liked it.

But since we have laws I guess we can't do that, now can we. It's alright for this little sociopathic piece of human offal to ruin someone elses life and get away with it, but as a society we'd better make sure we respect his rights, because after all, children like him are our future.

I wish as many opinion threads and angry rhetoric was directed at our shiteriffic young offenders act as was at the gun registry. These little shitpumps need so much more thyan what the law will give.

Here's to Dad and the boys sorting this out.

While I agree, we both know that won't happen.

Better yet, even if convicted these kids will walk away from it.

But I guess no one is ready for a real revolution yet.

Oh you're bang on. There is no end of hue and cry over the idea of registering a shotgun, but when it comes to holding young offenders for their atrocious crimes... well, not so much.

Truly fucking pathetic. I don't know what it would take to make real change on this, but I'd sure support it.

This whole thing is based on a feeling.

Theres some pictures that apparently don't show much besides this one guy and theres the girl who was whisked away from the scene to talk to a rape counselor (eager to absolve her responsibility and introduce her to victim hood) while still high on GHB.

It doesn't look like it's worth shot gun intervention, barely looks like it's worth baseball bat intervention at this point.

The media and the courts would paint the outraged father as the criminal and the little rapists as the victims, if he took them to task.

You'd think I was the only one on this forum to be unjustly judged guilty of rape by an unruly mob of my peers.

There is no evidence of multiple participants. With samples taken at the hospital and a search of used rubber at the scene there is no evidence of multiple. With photographic documentation there is no evidence of multiple.

If an outraged father took this moment to cripple up the gang of boys that his daughter hangs out with, with the one known and actual participant in police custody, then he would be a criminal, and almost certainly in the wrong.

And you know all this how? Did you see the pictures? Were you there? Hmmm?

You know what bud, you're full of shit up to your eyeballs. You haven't got a clue what you're talking about and you know nothing about it. The girl wasn't "whisked away from the scene" and she never saw the police or counsellors until 3 days after it happened when all the pictures were plastered all over Facebook. There is evidence of multiple participants and multiple onlookers in those pictures. It was brought to the attention of the police of all the pictures. Those facebook pictures photographic evidence.
