A former sex crimes investigator says anyone who posts pictures or video of the gang rape of a 16-year-old B.C. girl to the Internet, is not only re-victimizing the young woman, but committing a criminal offence.

There ia very old method of torture called "pressing". I think that that would be appropriate for this individual. The family of the girl could add the weights.

Maybe what the Taliban would do. I guess they're pretty regular guys after all.

Naw, that's what the taliban would have the girls family do to her. For "dishonouring" them.

Fair enough. Are you sure that lets us off the hook for using the same practice on the perp? As a civilized society I mean.

Not even a little bit. The best thing about living in canada is haveing higher standards. Of course, if it was my daughter trying to live up to those standards would be the worst part of living here.

Nasty stuff. Must have been quite the collection of scuzzbags at this party, and the poor girl had a deficient Scuzzbag Detector. This actually happens quite a bit. The twist here is that it was caught on video.

On the plus aside, I don't imagine that the police will have a hard time finding these guys. Hopefully they get raised to adult court.

She was dosed on GBH - tends to fuck up your scuzzbag detector.

Some teens being at that party were interviewed by CTV on the news yesterday. They claimed that "she shouldn't make such a fuss about it, she liked it. I wasn't rape at all."

Ah, the eternal question, can a 16 year old girl consent to sex with a half dozen guys while high on GHB?

I hope this isn't your attitude too, Brenda. You invariably seem to speak out against the girls this sort of thing happens to. Hope you feel the same if it happens to your daughter.

The police initially believed the story that she wanted it. Then it was, no she didn't want it, but it was only one guy. Then it turns out to have been several. The witnesses bullshitted police, but the true story came out on Facebook.

Apparently she couldn't even stand up because of how much GBH she was given. No matter her age, there's no way she can consent at that point.

According to police, the girl and several friends attended the party Friday night on a rural property on Harris Road. During the party, the girl was allegedly drugged, taken outside and then raped by a group of five to seven young men. She suffered significant injuries during the attack, while another group of youth simply watched.

I'm only stating what the kids said.
The fact she was given GHB is enough for me.

FYI, what I speak out against, are girls/women who use the "rape-excuse" to get what they want.

It's GHB--and GHB is new but the ultimate date rape drug (booze) has been around a long time. And the Scuzzbag Detector should have gone off the moment she saw the place. I grew up on the wrong side of the tracks; went to a few parties like this. I've seen these clowns operate. Spot the drunk young chick, cleave them from the pack, feed 'em booze (or, in this casge GHB) until they're just about comatose, strike.

Good, I'm with you on that. It not only harms men, but women who really have been raped and aren't believed. Women who lie should get the same penalty as the man would have gotten if it was true. No more of this 'she was emotionally disturbed' bs.

    It's GHB--

Guess I've been watching too many UK cop dramas.
