More good news from Pakistan. Corrupt to it's rotten core while millions struggle for survival.

Another bout of knee jerk reactions. Not saying Pakistan is not a corrupt country, which I believe and know to be a very very corrupt country indeed. But !

Don't tell me no one ever took a dive ! There is hardly a sport anywhere in the world which is popular with the masses and big money is involved where there hasn't been lets just say unscrupulous practices to influence the outcome of the game. NBA, NHL, AFL you name it.

Although its wrong but I can see the temptation of a new kid on the team from a poor or normal background in Pakistan. being paid a 150,000 for a couple of harmless no balls. That's almost 20 million in Pakistani Rupees and that goes a long long way "back home" That's enough for him just retire.

P.S : Test Cricket is a dumb ass game anyways. 5 full days of playing and ends in a draw WTF ! 8O

True DD but Pakistan is well corrupt.

It's people die from the annual floods as it's government spends billions on nuclear weapons.

New kid or not, everybody is on the take in Pakistan. Corruption is the norm in a country that's chief export is now terrorism.

I never said I disagree with you infact I couldn't agree with you more. save for the exporters of terrorism. Which is just a very stereotypical accusation.

I believe the last scandal was in India, so it's hardly Pstan alone. Corruption is endemic to the region - it's the normal way of doing business. We had a Canada Immigration official say that Punjab was the most corrupt state in India. (He didn't last long after that). Guess where most of our Indian immigrants come from? They see us Canadian suckers like sheep for the shearing. (Not all Indians are corrupt, but enough.)

Pstan definitely exports terrorism. Terrorists in India, terrorists in Astan, terrorists in UK, everywhere. They provide the manpower and training, the Saudis the financing.

it isn't corruption...it's greasing the wheel...expediting matters and it exists everywhere in varying degrees, even within our own society. In most Asian societies people don't even think of it. That's just the normal way of doing busines and going through life....an extra tax or fee.

Correct, if anyone claims they have a corruption free society then they are truly dreaming.

Pakistan is not even in the top ten of both these lists even

    http://www.einfopedia.com/most-corrupt- ... nments.php

Infact Canada ranks much higher than Pakistan ! 8O Now that seriously makes me question the authenticity of this List !

I'm really not into stereotypes DD, but I do take notice of trends.

You read the first list incorrectly DD. The higher score represents LESS lvls of corruption. Thusly, in that list Canada is the 14th LEAST corrupt country.
