Two jailed men won't be part of Mayerthorpe inquiry

Two men jailed for their roles in the deaths of four Mounties near Mayerthorpe, Alta., won't be allowed to take part in the fatality inquiry into the shootings, even though neither has ever testified in court about what they know concerning the buildup to
