What a load of bullshit, if we don't know who they are we gotta let them go?

Word so far is that only 100 out of the 490 are women and kids, which blows apart the possibility that these are genuine refugees. Real refugees would be equally divided by gender and age groups, or would be even more preponderantly non-combatant female, children, and elderly. If anything there would be less males of ages 15 to 50 present as these would be the primary fighters for any insurrection group. Assuming that 390 out of these 490 Tamils are apparently males in this combat-capable age group, it appears to me that this boat was potentially almost 80% filled by an entire contingent of Tamil Tiger insurgents and terrorists.

If something isn't done to stop this then Canada is in direct danger of becoming the default haven for an entire foreign terrorist army. It doesn't just mean that we become a source for illegal financing and arming of the Tigers, it also opens up a direct possibility that Sinhalese and other communities from India now living inside of Canada will be directly targetted for reprisals in response to whatever it is the Sri Lankan government and military are doing to the Tamils living there. And don't forget collateral damage to non-involved Canadian civilians in the case of things like car bombings or attacks on air transport, and other things like how members of our police forces will be in immediate physical danger if and when the government decides to act against any underground Tamil activities. This is now an incredibly dangerous fucking situation we've got on our hands, folks.

We all know how this will play out. Welcome to Canada, sorry about your long journey. We have thousands who are trying to come here legally, but you picked the go straight to Toronto and the welfare office card. Here is your start up allowance and various gift cards for newcomers. And by the way if you wish, you can thank the poor bastard Canadian tax payers and of course the harper government,, have a nice day .... on us!
