Iran and India, two countries with a major stake in Afghanistan, have already started talking about how to handle the withdrawal of NATO forces from the region.

Did Iran and India shed blood and donate money not just for military operational costs to get rid of the Taliban and put a government back behind Afghanistan. No, neither did they donate money for the reconstruction of Afghanistan. Neither did they build and upgrade there basis of life. The fact Afghanistan has a government for this to happen is not thanks to either country. As they neither shed blood to make it happen.

Who the hell are they to dictate Afghanistans constituation? That's not even for the countries involved to make this happen to say. That's the Afghanistan's government and population that decides. In which hopefully won't replace one dictator (Taliban) for another one. Certonly hope Iran doesn't dictate there consituation, I'd rather India.

Hopefully the new mineral wealth found there will keep the west vested there and keep all of these shits at bay.

Also it might reduce the production of cocaine and heroin in the future.

    What a freakin Joke.

That leaves Afghanistans neighbours eager to form a consensus about what happens next. The Taliban and other insurgent groups have called for an overhaul of the constitution which, among other things, guarantees a higher percentage of female parliamentarians in Afghanistan than now exists in Canada but the Iranian minister repeatedly emphasized that the constitution is not negotiable.

Iran, the land of the free, with equality for all.

The lawyer defending a woman sentenced to death by stoning in Iran said on Sunday that he has applied for asylum in Norway, but hopes Iranian authorities will allow him eventually to return to his practice.

And this is the Government that's going to uphold the Afghani Constitution and protect womens rights.
