Top court to rule on new trial for Robert Pickton

Serial killer Robert Pickton will find out Friday whether the country's highest court will grant him a new trial.

If I was a relative, I would want a second trial, just to clear up all the confusion about who else was involved. That's the reason the jury only found him guilty of second degree murder - in their mind he was abetting the people who actually did the killing.
