GATINEAU, Que. � A military court says a Canadian soldier found guilty of shooting a wounded Afghan insurgent can be sentenced under the National Defence Act.

    I don't even know why defence lawyers bother with this argument. You see this time and time again with court martials and it always gets shot down by the judge.
