Serial killer Clifford Olson has launched a grammatically-challenged legal threat at the Harper government over its plan to end pension payments to federal inmates.

let him wander out into general pop and pick up his benefits. This money should be channeled directly into victim assistance funds. These fuckers live better than many seniors who led a clean life and worked hard all their lives raising children, rather than butchering, beating or robbing others.
