The courts have once again concluded that the Harper government has not done enough to protect the constitutional rights of Toronto-born terrorism suspect Omar Khadr.

"This is the time to bring Omar Khadr home,"
Seriously, this guy and his pinko lefty lawyers can all go fuck themselves!
What a waste of skin and taxpayers money. I don't give a shit what our Charter says about his so called rights....this douchebag deserves to die.

I'm no legal expert but I think Canadian constitutional rights should fly right out the fucking window when you decide to take your kids to a warzone in a foreign land to kill our allies.

Yeah yeah, I know he was just a kid bla bla .... tough shit, let it be a lesson to any other 911 jihadist lovers out there so they can realize what their kids may be facing if they take part by their mere presence in the killing of the western infidels on foreign lands while holding Canadian citizenship.

I have zero tolerance for 911 cheerleaders.

He should have no rights. If not lock him up for eternity in solitary confinement, then off with his head. And while we're at it, deport his family to some hell hole country too. Bastards.

And if the Yanks say no, will they stamp their feet, hold their breath or something?

The Americans would hand him over in a second if we asked for him back. The good thing or bad thing depending on how you look at it is that the Conservatives are not asking for him back.

If Chretien was in power he would of been back a long time ago considering his past history of bailing out Khadr family members in the past.

If Chretien wouldn't of fought to bring back the patriarch of the family more than likely little Omar Khadr wouldn't of taken a family vacation with pops to a warzone to kill Americans which has resulted in the position that Omar Khadr finds himself today.

Too bad the headline didn't read, 'Khar's have seven hours to pack their bags before they get the boot from Canada.' Seriously, why hasn't someone taken those bitches out yet?

Oh look the right-wing reactionaries having a shit hemorrhage. Quel surprise.

Good for the court standing up for the rights of Canadian citizens. The anti-liberty right seems to want to take all our freedoms and throw them out the fucking window because they are scared of a bunch of Afghani goat-fuckers. I'm not about to grant the US government the universal right to torture kids arbitrarily because Conservatives are all a bunch of frightened little kittens.

Fucking grow a pair, you wusses.

It's not fear to plainly state that a lot if not most) of us don't want people like this in our country, period. If he were an Irish Catholic who had gone back to Ulster to shoot RC cops, or a Serbian who had gone to Bosnia to snipe at Croats or Bosniaks, I'd feel exactly the same. He fought, even if not under a recognizable uniform, for a foreign entity that had been internationally declared (years prior to 9/11 BTW) as terrorists. So fuck him. People like that don't deserve the cover of the Canadian flag as an omnibus get-out-of-jail-free card that they can cash in anytime they get in trouble for their criminal or terrorist activities overseas. It's the lowest definition of Canadian citizenship that anyone would even behave that way in other countries can then expect an entire government apparatus to come rushing to their rescue when they finally get caught.

And deport his entire sickening family too. The orignal interview, that CBC's now buried or destroyed altogether in order to fufill their own political agenda, showed clearly what the Khadrs believe in and what they did overseas as willing members of an completely unjustifiable terrorist plot against practically the entire world. The longer these scum get to claim Canadian citizenship just heaps that much more dishonour on all of us. You included, Zippy.

So the question now becomes, how long before the duly elected government tells the appointees of the Federal Court of Canada to shit in it.

I guess the next step is to take it to the Federal Court of Appeals and then maybe off to the Supreme Court of Canada.

    What a great system. R=EM

Careful, expecting people to be responsible for their actions sounds a little 'reactionary'.

With pretty much immigrants from every country in the World Canada has opened the door to involvement with all these foreign problems. Probably every civil war in the world is getting funding from immigrants here in Canada. You're going to get conflicted situations, figuring out what to do will be tough. This Omar Khadr is a completely loonie child warrior, doing something other than hanging him will be awkward but might be in order.

Funny, Khadr has been incarcerated since 2002. Hell, he wasn't even formally charged until 2005!! Where were your precious, liberty loving Liberals then?? Didn't exactly see a whole lot of effort on their part to bring him back to Canada either. What's even funnier is, as soon as Harper got in power, the Liberals suddenly decided getting Khadr back to Canada was important. So the Liberals set the precedent but somehow, it's all the Conservatives' fault. Interesting :|

By the way, here's a quote from his mother.
"As a mother, I beg every Canadian mother and father to help me get justice for my son and bring him home."

Fuckin hypocritical bitch!! She wanted to move AWAY from Canada cuz she didn't want him raised around our western morals. Now, our morals and sense of fair play are suddenly good enough for her and her son? The whole family can fuck right off! Plastic Canadians are bad enough, we don't need any plastique Canadians thank you very much.

I have no problem with a canadian losing their "liberty" and even their rights if they go to a to kill Americans. You have no proof he's being tortured just like I have no proof he isn't. He's in jail getting three squares a day with a bed and a roof over his head, boo-fucking hoo.

The Americans caught him let the Americans deal with him, it's a good thing he wasn't considered a real canadian by the taliban when they were over there because he would of been in an orange jumpsuit and on the internet a long time ago. But yeah hypothetical torture by the Americans is just as bad.

I'm not to crazy about bringing him back here when we all know he'll be walking the streets in no time and like every other dumb ass canadian that gets in trouble overseas ends up sueing our government for more money than most of us will ever see in a lifetime. But then that's probably the right thing to do huh ? Idiot.
