Doug De Patie, whose son Grant was dragged to death while working as a gas station attendant in 2005, says his family is shaken after learning his son's killer breached his curfew just days after being released from jail.

    I predict Doug de Patie will be seeing more dissappointment in the future.

    He's already been captured, will maybe spend a few extra weeks locked up. But since he's a native and a victim of our racist society, his sentence was reduce by court of appeals anyway, they won't be able to keep him long.

    He may be seeing more disappointment in the future, but probably not before he disappoints another family by taking their loved one from them.

    Put him back on his reserve, make him stay there, let his people deal with him.

    We need to overhaul our law system, murder should hold a minimal 25 years as long as they are over 15.
