For an instant my first though would be to educate the perps who did this,
my next thought is why bother just beat the living daylights out of them and
put them in the hospital.

People who do senseless shit like this obviously have not heard the old adage "Learn from history or be doomed to repeat it." These idiots should be publicly flogged and then made to clean not only those graves but every grave of a fallen soldier in all of France. Then they should be turned over to the descendants of those fallen soldiers for a bit and, if they survive, be shot!
