So we have to ignore and disregard facts that innocent people were killed by artillery that was fired in a populated city simply because it could insinuate hate for Israel? o_0

Is the information the kids had to read truthful or not?If it is truthful, then we are seeing damage control/propoganda. if its not true then it should either be labelled as such or not there. but this feels to me like.. dont let the kids know what we are doing its going to hurt our image

I wish the article had quoted the Text. I suspect it was part of a list of many similar incidents around the world, that's the impression I got anyway. If so, this just seems to be another over reaction by those trying to foster a sanitized view of Israel and its' policy.

This is the impression I got, that it covered more than one conflict. Yet no outcry over the ones who fired the shells in the other conflicts.

Plus seriously, are we saying 18 year olds are so daft that they can't make up their own minds about what message this portrays and if they should accept or not accept? If we are then its another example of how the public school system is failing.

In this context, the question is educationally sound.
