Ontario highway 'toll booth' peaceful: OPP

I'm not sure if the people involved are committing the offence of extortion or if it is another Criminal Code offence (say fraud).

Anyway I'm sure what they are doing is completely illegal and they are essentially robbing these motorists as they do not have the authority to set up a toll both on a Kings Highway.

The OPP are damaging the trust that the public places in them by letting this escapade carry on.

That chicken flew the coop during Caledonia, after they let native criminals accost the local non native populace, assault senior citizens and camera crews who filmed assaults, vandalized government and private property, and then arrested citizens who were fed up with the BS..both Mohawk and OPP.
