It was a stop on a tour that will take him from coast to coast to tell Canadians the day will come when Quebec becomes a sovereign country.

I hope he receives - at minimum - the same reception as Anne Coulter.

    Ontario should separate!
No forget that. Canada was invented from Ontario and Quebec. They should be Constitutionally bound, like conjoined fucking twins. Ontarians should have the right to vote in any future Quebec referendum. And if they both separate, a railway won't do the trick next time. We want a spaceport in Prince Rupert to join your new country. Or SkyTrain all the way to Charlottetown.

When he takes his separatist show on the road to "sell" to the rest of us, its an obvious sign that his party is in trouble back in Quebec and is looking desperately somehow to remain relevant with the hopes some young dumb kid says something nasty about him or Quebec. A party in their death throws.

They shouldn't even be in parliment IMO. I know we pride ourselves to a fault of being tolerant of differences, but we are paying this guy and his party who actively seek out to destroy our country be a pain in the ass and is infact hurting our government and our country just by sitting in the house and wasting seats for other parties who don't want to leave Canada.

They want to separate they can do it on the provincial level.

That's exactly what he's hoping for, or worse.

Reminding them of a $300 billion provincial debt that they'd have to pay off all by themselves should be sufficient enough to kill off separatism for at least a couple of generations

Thanks to the Quebec media and spin doctors the pro separatist side are seriously under the impression that they are supporting Canada and send tons of money to Ottawa, I shit you not.

They are doing their part no doubt like every other province. But to be getting transfer payments since how long now ? All the way back to the 70's doesn't bode well for a group of people thinking that they are a financial power house.
