China executes thousands: Amnesty

714 executions reported in 18 countries, but Chinese data secret. Amnesty International urged China Tuesday to release details on the "thousands" of people it is believed to have executed last year.

    They have more than a billion people. Of course, a bunch shold be executed. Just because we under-execute doesn't mean they over-execute.
