At least this blowhard isn't blaming the drought on the US.

Venezuela is a beautiful country. It's a shame to see it run into the ground by Mr. Chavez's poor planning.

Venezuela sits on a wealth of oil yet it can't use any of it to make electricity? How freaking lame is that?

He's trying to make electrical currant flow from right to left. His peabrain is becoming devoid of sparks.

After nationalizing many of Venezuela's oil fields, and after seeing daily production fall from 3.3 million barrels a day to 2.3 million, mainly due to this nationalization (and firing thousands of highly technical PdVSA employees after the coup and sticking in his political cronies), Hugh is now allowing international oil companies back into Venezuela. Hugh's figured out that kicking out expertise is a bad way to run a country.
