RCMP probe cop beating video

As the public chews over the footage, Mounties are investigating the conduct of Winnipeg police officers who repeatedly struck a 19-year-old man while he allegedly resisted arrest in an incident recorded by surveillance video last year.

High speed chase...anyone who puts others in harms way, should have the shit kicked out of them. If you leave it to our judges, those persons would be let off with a small sentnece and will be dong the same thing...until they kill an innocent bystander.
