A Chestermere truck driver who believed God told him to kill a man at a Minnesota rest area is back in Canada as a free man just one year after the stabbing.

It shoudn't matter if someone is insane or under drugs etc, when u do a crime you do the time. No matter what your mental state of being is

Give him some time and he will screw up..but hey its Canada... the slap on the wrist system of justice.
